• LUSAIL (Under Construction)

    Lusail is an all-new coastal city under construction north of Doha, State of Qatar and will cover 35 square kilometres. Lusail, a true city of the future, accommodates 200,000 residents and 170,000 employees; it will also welcome over 80,000 visitors. The total estimated population dynamic will eventually reach 450,000 people.

  • DOHA CONVENTION CENTRE (Completed) & TOWER (suspended)

    The project calls for construction of Doha Convention Centre and Tower (DCCT). DCCT is located in West Bay Area, Doha. It will also comprise a 100,000 square metre convention centre with associated catering and retail space and a car parking facilities for 3,000 vehicles. DCCT will include a 105-storey tower that comprises a hotel, serviced apartments, and retail outlets

    The Doha Convention Center Tower is an estimated 551 m (1,808 ft) tall skyscraper under construction in Doha, Qatar. Construction has been suspended following the discovery that the building would impact flight paths to and from Doha International Airport. Construction is expected to continue once the New Doha International Airport is fully completed on reclaimed land approximately 3 km to the east of the current airport. www.ndiaproject.com

    The building, shaped like a tapering obelisk, will house offices on the lower levels, apartments, a hotel and penthouse residences on the upper floors. At the very top, a private club will occupy a 60 m (200 ft) high glass cylinder surrounded by extensions of tower's facade and supported by a structural helix.

    Project has been cancelled in the beginning of 2014. Contractors that submitted prequalification documents have been informed that it has been cancelled due to a decision by higher authorities. The currently status is suspended.


    The contract calls for the design-construction of a landscaped park, an underground four-levels parking for 2800 cars, a  66 KV/ 11KV substation  and a tunnel below the corniche road linking the car parks of the SPP and the Doha Convention Center.

    The Sheraton Park Project will consist of  7 hectares of public garden with Landscaping elements & hardscaping areas, children playground areas, Cafes,  Restaurant and water features. Its location in Doha is closed proximity to the sea and Sheraton Hotel.

    Certain parts of the car park building are air-conditioned. Wall, floor and ceiling finishes are of high quality. The project includes about a dozen elevators as well as a freight elevator and for   the first time in Qatar an electronic guiding system that will direct users to available parking spots.

  • CHELSEA BARRACKS (Under Construction)


    The Masterplan for the Chelsea Barracks site was establishes the following:

    • A maximum of 448 residential units including 123 affordable units
    • A contribution to Westminster’s Affordable housing fund
    • A public sports facility with swimming pool
    • A medical centre
    • A community centre
    • Local convenience shops
    • 5 acres of public squares, streets and gardens
    • Community gardens
    • 100 new trees
    • Children’s playspace

  • DAHLAK ISLAND (Completed)

    This project of resort in a desert island of Dahlak archipelago is led by Qatari Diar and consists of luxury villas and bungalows.

    QDVC is building:

    • 2 villas with swimming pool,
    • 47 bungalows,
    • Club house,
    • Staff housing, kitchen and laundry,
    • Roads, network utilities and landscape,
    • Helipad, jetty,
    • A Reverse Osmosis Desalination plant,
    • Labor camp conditioning and management.
  • SUPER PRIME HOUSE (Completed)

    Dwarf House Belgravia:

    The construction of ca 1,400m² private residence in Chelsea. Built on a plot previously occupied by two mews houses, the new house has five levels, two of which are below ground.
